Welcome to week 10
Students! What is the fruit in this weeks Blog???
Hi, and welcome to week 10 of year 2. the children are working well and improving their work efforts in all areas. We are very pleased with their progress.
We are trying to think of a way where the students can complete their three way conference at home. I am thinking about a skype conference and the learners and you all being present on a call at the same time so that Miss Am and I can support each child's presentation. This is in response to combating the effects of the COVID 19 virus being brought into the school. We would love to hear your thought on the idea.

Reading Groups
The children are using technology to help to progress their reading skills. They read with Miss Am and Mr. John through the week to improve their oral reading and comprehension skills.
Celebrating International Week
Last week we focused on learning about aspects of Europe. We inquired into different European artists and the styles of painting that they employed. We tried to find out where they were born. We also found many European flags and tried to locate those countries on a map of Europe.Hand Writing
