We are learning about sharing and that the maths name for sharing is division.

We also learned that division is closely connected to the times tables that we are learning.

Open Morning 

We had an interesting time on Wednesday, when the classroom was turned into a math problem room. Some parents came and were challenged to help the students find answers. It was a fun learning time for all.

We have also been trying to learn how to vertically subtract using the borrow and carry method. most of the students now are able to work their subtraction sums in this way.
