Uma's Mum Visited The Class

We had designed our own play parks and Uma's Mum came to give us some ideas about what we could have in our park. With her we created a class park. We filled it with animals, flowers, butterflies, Komodo dragons and butterflies. It was great fun to listen to what we could do in this park. At the end of the activity we had to give the park a name connected to what we had in the park.

New Unit  How we express ourselves 

We investigated the way artists used colours to make us have 

different feelings when we looked at their paintings. We then made our own picture but were 

only allowed to choose warm or cold colours.

Spelling Words

Our class are becoming great spellers. It is now very easy to see that the children are doing homework and remembering how to spell the words for the week. Well done to all of you.

Switzerland 

One of our class mates had their countries national song played on Friday. She stood very proudly under the Swiss flag.

Learning New English Words 

Some of our students are new to learning English and they get extra help for improving their English skills.  Here we see two of our class helping each other to improve their knowledge of English.
