Talking About Adjectives 

As part of our journey into writing our fabulous narratives the children had to learn about the best ways and times that we should use adjectives.

Library 

Year 2 always enjoys their time in the library. Now that we are great at reading, the books that we choose are becoming more and more interesting to us.

Positive Mindset

We are learning different ways of approaching difficult situations. We are talking about how we can change the way we think to help us improve our mind and attitude.

  Maths

Now that we know how to add two digit numbers we are putting our skills into words, pictures and diagrams to show what we know.

Hand Writing 

As part of preparing for year three, the children are learning how to use joined up writing for their written work. It is tricky but none of us have given up yet!!!

New Class Layout

The children decided they wanted a new way of sitting and so we talked about how we could sit in groups and how many would be in each group. After the the children set off to re design our class learning space. they have done very well I think.
