International Play day

Swimming is Coming!

We went for a quick walk to check out the progress of the swimming pool. The children cant wait to get started with lessons with Mr. Xavi.

Canes Arcade

We watched and listened to a story about a boy who made games using cardboard boxes. We are going to try and do the same.

We used the internet to translate our words into Thai

We tried to use the Thai language when we made our posters showing what we have learned about, 

"What we can do to help save the worlds natural resources."

Library Library was fun, the same every week. We read many different books and we also changed our books that we can take back home.

Play Day

What a great day! 

The children enjoyed themselves being independent of structure and they let their imaginations take center stage. The students moved around choosing many different activities to have a go at be involved with.

Maths Interpreting Graphs

The students were reminded of the skills they need to read and understand a graph. Following this they were challenged to read a graph about student pets and suggest correct answers.

We learned our spelling words. 

We discussed  the meaning of the words.

English

In English we wrote our own story. We made our story more interesting by adding adjectives, then we read our stories to the K2 students. It was so much fun. They enjoyed listening and walking around to listen to the different stories and we were very happy to read for them.

Reading Comprehension Activities

On Friday we used the Read Theory. We love to read and answer questions. It was so much fun using the computers.  Some students were practicing their reading skills with Mr. John. They were practicing their understanding by answering Mr. John's questions.
